Patient Arrival Policy
For our patient's and client's protection, all dogs and cats must be on a leash
or in a carrier and properly restrained while in our reception area.
If you do not have a leash, we will gladly provide one for you to use. |

Appointment Policy
Appointments are encouraged and recommended in an attempt to minimize patient wait time.
Your time is valuable and we want to respect that. However, if you are unable to schedule an appointment ahead of time,
please know that you will always be welcome. Hospital admintance is always available. This is where you can
drop your pet off in the morning to be examined and pick up when services are finished.
Emergencies that may occur while you are waiting will always receive precedence over an appointment.
We know that if it was your pet having the emergency, you would also want it that way. We appreciate your
understanding and patience. Emergencies fees and after hour fees may apply to emergency situations and deposits may
be required.
